The names of the families whose coats of arms are depicted in the Armorial are reported here in the form, often archaic and sometimes incorrect, in which they appear, while the number in brackets represents the number of different coats of arms indicated under the same name, even if they sometimes concern different lineages; the titles are reported in brackets only in the case of the few comital or marquis lineages attributable to the division of the ancient public districts, where mentioned in the manuscript information provided in the codex.
