Reprint of the Turin edition of 1777 printed by Onorato Derossi of the famous work first published in the Piedmontese capital in 1655 by the bishop of Saluzzo, Savoy counselor and archivist Francesco Agostino della Chiesa di Cervignasco (1593-1662), which gives the blazons, alphabetically listed, of about one thousand of coats-of-arms of families belonging to or coming from the areas under the suzerainity of the House of Savoy, and of the most important Italian and French houses of the age.
